The CaraFan Sahara is a dust prevention system designed to combat the Australian off-road conditions by providing filtered air into caravans at all times whilst operational using a high performance fan.

CaraFan Sahara works by creating a higher pressure inside the caravan which stops dust ingress with air being pushed out of all potential leak points. The CaraFan Sahara has been designed using years of experience in positive pressure systems to ensure that it works at all times to protect your caravan from dust.

  • Made from powdercoated aluminum to ensure the product lasts and can handle the Australian conditions.

  • The unit uses a high flow filter that has been engineered to work in conjunction with the high flow fan to ensure the maximum amount of airflow is provided into the caravan.

  • Installed on the roof of the caravan to place it out of the potential dust plume to ensure long filter life is maintained on the unit.

  • No servicing required except for changing the filter (which depends on conditions and location of the CaraFan Sahara being installed).

  • Powered unlike other units on the market which means it is protecting your asset even at slow speeds on a dirt road or when travelling in a convoy. A simple switch turns the pressuriser on and within seconds the van will be protected via the high pressure created by the unit.

    original high flow disposal filter OR newly designed washable filter.

  • The filter is easy to change once you get on the roof and there is no other servicing needed.

  • Both filters are large capacity filters designed to ensure they last as long as possible prior to change out (unlike other units on the market).
